Imritec Board of Directors
The Board of Directors and management of Imritec have had extensive operational success in a variety of different mineral beneficiation disciplines. They have been involved in the aluminium industry for over 20 years smelting, processing, as well as developing an environmentally friendly process to create a zero-landfill, cradle-to-grave process.

Stuart Murray B.Sc. (Chem Eng)
Executive Chairman
- Stuart has more than 25 years of executive experience in the southern African platinum sector, having begun his career at Impala Platinum Refineries in 1984.
- He held several positions at Impala Platinum, Rhodium Reefs, Barplats, and Middelburg Steel and Alloys before joining Aquarius Platinum in 2001 as Chief Executive Officer, holding that position until 2012.
- Stuart obtained his BSc (Eng), Chemical Engineering from the Imperial College of London.

Mark di Pasquale CA(SA), CFA
Chief Executive Officer
- Mark was appointed CEO of the Imritec Group effective 01 August 2020.
- Prior to his appointment at Imritec, Mark was an executive and founding partner of a boutique corporate finance firm leading transaction teams executing M&A activities across diversified industries within Sub-Saharan Africa for medium size clients in both the listed and unlisted sectors.
- Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and obtained his charter from the CFA Institute.

Angela Pankhurst B. Business (Acc)
Company Secretary
- Angela (MAICD) has over 15 years’ experience as an executive and non-executive director primarily in the mining industry.
- She has held senior executive and company secretarial roles for companies with projects in Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Vietnam and Australia. She was Managing Director of Central Asia Resources Limited during the development of its first gold mine and processing facility.
- Angela is currently a non-executive director of ASX listed companies PanTerra Gold Limited and Consolidated Zinc Limited

Robert Brown
Non-Executive Director
- Robert has been an active investor in African exploration companies for more than 15 years and brings to the Board extensive corporate experience in venture capital, land development and bio-technology.
- Robert is the Deputy Chairman and a major shareholder in the listed property development company Cedar Woods Properties Ltd and is Executive Chairman of Westland Group Holdings Pty Ltd which was a foundation investor in Imritec Limited.

Terry McConnachie
Non-Executive Director
- Terry has extensive experience in the Southern African mining sector have successfully founded SA Chrome and Sylvania Platinum and specialises in chrome and other PGM tailings retreatment operations.
- He was previously the CEO of Sylvania Platinum after its listing on the London AIM exchange and occupied that position for nearly 10 years.
- Terry founded Alumicor in 2002 and AMR in 2017 before the companies were ultimately acquired by Imritec Limited.

Sipho Mkhize
Non-Executive Director
- Sipho qualified as a mechanical engineer at the University of Natal in 1985 and has a strong background in the technical aspects of mechanical engineering and project management.
- He has impeccable executive experience as he worked his way up as head of the mining and beneficiation division at the IDC after which he was subsequently appointed as CEO of PetroSA, a position which he held for 6 years.

Osman Youness
Non-Executive Director
- Osman acts as a shareholder representative on the Imritec Board.
- He has extensive private equity experience in mining and industrials and sits as a shareholder representative on numerous investee boards.
