Technology applied has been proven to wash chlorides and scrub nitrides from residue emanating from the furnace whereby making the resultant   by-product Aluminium Oxide non-hazardous.

The Aluminium Oxide comprises approximately 70% – 75% of the output products.

Aluminium Flakes

Utilised as a deoxidant in the chemical/ferro-alloy industries.

Ammonium Sulphate

Used as a fertilizer for alkaline soils lowering the pH balance of the soil while contributing essential nitrogen for plant growth.

Aluminium Oxide

Used as a pozzolanic additive in the production of:

• Portland cement and alumina cement,
• Low environmental impact bricks and brick materials,
• Expanded clay and mineral fibres for thermal insulation (rock wool).
